DESCRIPTION
Over the past 20 years I have fashioned a unique approach to my counselling work, which synthesises Spiritual, or Soul centred Astrology, with many different tools and techniques from Psychotherapy.
I am fascinated by the idea that our Soul chooses our challenges for growth, and then goes about the business of programming our beliefs in childhood via Mum and Dad and the original family system. This leads to the behaviours we use in our adult life, in our attempts to "get our needs met". We repeat patterns which we learned as kids, and sometimes they contain compulsions which are destructive. So we do not get what we want, and wonder why!I call what I do "pattern breaking work", as once you can see the unconscious beliefs which are running your life, then you can begin to change them! |
